DESIGN TOS

  • You MAY NOT use my art as NFTs.
  • You MAY NOT use my art to train any AI models, generative or otherwise.
  • Do not sell my designs for more than you paid UNLESS more art is added, either commissioned or drawn by you as the current owner. Trade/gift art counting towards the character's monetary worth is up to the individual artists.
  • Do not delete my designs from toyhou.se - privating is allowed, though I would prefer to be given an access key!
  • Please, refrain from sending my non-base designs to shelter accounts. If you really want them off your hands, you can send them back and I'll find them a home. I promise I will not be offended!
  • I have the right to decline any custom request or commission for any reason.

    • CUSTOMS

  • I will work from a written description, moodboards, dollmaker/gacha characters, and pinterest boards/collages.
  • I will NOT work from images that have been generated, modified, or assisted by AI.
  • I will NOT directly copy aspects of OCs belonging to other people without the owner's permission.

    • I WILL DRAW:

  • Furry/anthro and animals
  • Human and humanoid adjacent
  • Fan characters and CBCs
  • Body horror (mild to moderate)
  • Scars
  • Simple scales

    • I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Anything illegal in nature
  • ANY kind of political symbol
  • Self inflicted injuries
  • Realistic guts

    • I CANNOT DRAW:

  • Long snouts
  • Detailed scales or armor
