ART TOS

  • You MAY NOT use my art as NFTs.
  • You MAY NOT use my art to train any AI models, generative or otherwise.
  • Commissioned work is for personal use only and MAY NOT be used for profit.
  • Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise as I see fit.

    • I WILL DRAW:

  • Humans and humanoid adjacent
  • Anthro/furry characters and animals
  • Ship art (oc x canon and yumeship included)
  • Blood/violence (mild to moderate)

    • I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Anything illegal in nature
  • Anything hateful or bigoted
  • Political artwork
  • Sexual artwork
  • Detailed scales/armor (sorry ^^)

    • All payments are through PayPal in USD. Do not use friends and family! I do not want to get banned for breaking rules please and thank you!

    PROCESS

  • Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch* for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Payment must be sent in full after the sketch is approved.
  • I will send you the linework for any final small tweaks. I will not accept large revisions at this stage.
  • After the linework is approved, the finished work will be delivered via File Garden (or email upon request).

    • *In the case of YCH commissions, the pose is already decided and no WIP will be sent unless requested. Changes can still be made if I made a mistake!

    By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
